Indian tour to australia rescheduled

Cricket Australia has announced the rejigged schedule of the India Australia test match series following the untimely demise of cricketer Philip Hughes. The first test which was scheduled to start on December 4 at Brisbane will now be held from December 17. The first test of the series will be held at Adelaide Oval from December 9. This is for the first time since 1975-76 that Adelaide is hosting the first test of the season. The traditional boxing day test will go ahead as scheduled at Melbourne. But the final test in the series scheduled at the Sydney Cricket Ground has been postponed to January 6. Indian team who were scheduled to fly to Brisbane has now stayed back and will travel to Adelaide for a practice game followed by the first test
