12 Health Lessons WE all Can Learn

The idea of great health is like the Matrix. Both are seemingly complex
systems. Both operate with rules and controls. Both contain rogue persons
that seem to defy logic and bend reality.

But unlike the Matrix, a life of great health isn't a dream world. Or, at
least it isn't if you have the courage to change it. The status quo rules
and controls of healthy living can be bent, even broken. And like the
Matrix, living a great healthy lifestyle isn't complex once you decode it.

I'm not suggesting you go rogue for rogue-sake. I am suggesting that the
worldly health affairs you see before you,aren't entirely and universally
real. You have the power to change things.

Freeing your mind is the first step to unlocking this health potential.
Knowledge and training will do the trick. Let the mesmerizing health lessons

Certainly not me. I argue that a healthy lifestyle should amplify your
passions and pleasures.
But don't confuse impulses with indulgences. If you have a sweet impulse
that's not justification to indulge in gluttonous pastries. Simply choose a
healthy alternative that's sweet and equally enjoyable.

10. Accept that the World is Unhealthy

"Remember.all I'm offering is the truth. Nothing more."
The health of our world isn't pretty or perfect. Quite the opposite. The
world is plagued by both literal health debts and economic health debts.
These debts cannot be neutralized by a health bailout package. They are
facts of life that you must accept and use as calls-to-action for better
health and happiness.

11. Don't Confuse the Start of Your Health Journey from the End

"I didn't come here to tell you how this is going to end. I came here to

I am not a prophet. I cannot tell you how your healthy lifestyle journey
will end. But I can tell you how it should begin. I can unveil health truths

12. Live a Healthy Life Without Boundaries
