India maul UAE to assure quarter birth. India played another perfect game and mauled a woeful United Arab Emirates and assured a placed in the quarter finals of the world cup. India beat UAE by 9 wickets in their Pool-B match of the cricket World Cup here today. Opting to bat UAE were bundled out for 102 in 31.3 overs and then India chased down the 103-run target scoring 104 for one in 18.5 overs.Indian off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin who spun a web against the UAE batsmen and they never recovered.
