Dulquer Salman says a film with him and Mammootty could happen soon. Young star Dulquer Salman waxed eloquent about his father in an interview to a leading publication . Dulquer said that a film that will have him and his father megastar Mammootty together could happen soon. Dulquer said that he would like it to be a suspense and that time is not ripe for such a movie. Dulquer had a lot to say about the favourite films of his father. He named Amaram as his most liked movie of Mammootty. He asks that whether anyone would say that he is not a fisherman after seeing his mannerisms and performance. He expressed his amazement on how someone as polished as his father could transform in such a manner. He also mentioned Thaniyaavarthanam among his favourites along with Oru Vadakkan Veeragadha and Mathilukal. He says that the spectacular transformation of a negative character like Chanthu is incredible. He also added that no one could have bettered Mammootty in the portrayal of Vaikkom Mohammed Basheer as he was personally close to him. He also points out Ponthanmada VidheyanBig B etc among the movies which saw Mammootty scaling peaks of acting.Big B in particular showed Mammootty exhibiting powers of underplay according to Dulquer.
