M.Jayachandran weaves magic with songs in Ennu Ninte Moideen. The ethereal real life story of Moideen and Kanchanamala which was made into reel life through the movie Ennu Ninte Moideen has been accepted with both hands by the discerning audience in Malayalam.The peerless lovestory of Moideen and Kanchanamala is complex with intense love and unmitigated suffering and the songs in the movie have captured the essence of it. Music director M. Jayachandran has weaved pure magic with songs like Kaathirunnu KaathirunnumKannondu Chollanu which touched the love lorn hearts of Malayalees while Iravizhanjippuzha pennu is a nostalgic piece of excellence. A video has been released by M.Jayachandran thanking the audience for the warm welcome given by the Malayali audience for the film Ennu Ninte Moideen and the songs in it.He says that he tried to capture the essence of love and intense pain of Moideen and Kanchanamala through his songs.Jayachandran says that a background scorer has two and a half hours to connect with the audience but a music director has the challenge of capturing the soul of a story within four minutes of a song.The song Kaathirunnu Kaathirunnu has managed to take the audience to the heart of the story according to Jayachandran. The song Kannondu Chollanu is dedicated to the late musician Kannur Suraj Balan. Singer Shreya Ghoshal also appears in the video sharing experiences of singing two songs in the movie.The return of pure melody in this era of new generation hullabaloo has been hugely appreciated by music lovers.Apart from Jayachandran Pandit Ramesh Narayan has also composed music for the film. BGM of this R S.Vimal directed film starring Prithviraj and Parvathy among others is done by Gopi Sunder.
