England hit back in second test England hit back on the second day of the second test against Pakistan at Abu Dhabi by quickly dismissing Pakistan for 378 and then scoring 182 for 3 in their first innings. Pakistan had looked set for a big score at the end of the first day at 284 for 4 but some good bowling by Moin Ali and Mark Wood enabled England to dismiss them for 378. When England batted first test double century maker Alistair Cook scored 65 and Joe Root is unbeaten on 76 and with three days left and England 196 runs behind with 7 wickets in hand the test is heading for an intriguing finish.
