n Is Time at a premium : - It is imperative that each of us needs to put aside that time and create space in our lives for something that is going to give us a life of quality.
n When do you begin : - Today !! Now!! Today is a good day to start. Once you have accepted that each of us does need to have fitness as a part of our everyday lives, it then makes the decision to start, very simple.

This is a fundamental question, as we know that the benefits of fitness do translate into an enhanced awareness of our body and the way the quality of our lives improves, the minute you bring a regular routine into it. n FITNESS IS THREE SIDED TRIANGLE : Cardio activity: Is any aerobic activity that can improve and strengthen your heart and lung capacity. Jogging, walking, bicycling, aerobic classes, swimming any of these or a combination are recommended. Strength Training : Includes using weight which can be built into a routine—generally for young people. This keeps your muscles strong, give your great body toning and increase bone density. Flexibility Training : Helps stretch out tight muscles and will eventually keep you injury free. Yoga is something that more and more people are Discovering.
BRISK WALKING EXERCISE, 40 MINS A DAY, FOR 5 DAYS A WEEK, FOR LIFE, BEING THE BEST AMONG ALL FORM OF EXERCISES, IRRESPECTIVE OF AGE. Consistency is the key.
n NUTRITION : Needs to go parallel with fitness routine. Everything that you eat or do not eat has a direct bearing on your physical well being. A well balanced diet (HEALTH MEAL) is what our body requires to draw its sustenance from, to aid all the body’s natural functions and to prevent and safeguard ourselves from Chronic Ailments like – Cardiac Disease, Hypertension, Diabetes, High cholesterol (Dyslipidaemia), Obesity and many more Ailments.
