Law of Karma – “Value Systems for Success”
The knowledge of the Truth dispels Bondage..
When youth is spent, where is lustful play? When water is evaporated, where is the lake? When wealth is gone, where are the dependents? When truth is known, where is worldly bondage?
Each one of us goes through three states of consciousness. They are the waking state, the dream state and the state of deep sleep. The walking state of consciousness is when you are the waker experience the waking world. When you cross the waking state and enter the realm of the dream state, you become the dreamer experiencing the dream world. When you enter deep sleep, you experience a state of nothingness, a state of blankness. These waking, dreaming and deep sleep states of consciousness are projections caused by ignorance of Pure Consciousness.
Let us examine the waking state. In the waking state you believe that you are Mr. X and everything here seems real to you. However, when you leave this state of consciousness and enter the realm of the dream state of consciousness, the earlier view is completely disregarded and you have an entirely different personality. In waking state, you may be a married person very comfortably settled in life but in the dream state, you could be an unemployed bachelor. Now in the dream state you believe that the dream state alone is real. When you cross the dream state and enter the deep sleep state of consciousness, you experience a state of nothingness. In the deep sleep state, views of both the waker and the dreamer are disregarded completely.
