Law of Karma – “Value Systems for Success”

The Supreme Law..

Why worry about wealth and wife, O distracted one! Is there not for you the one who ordains? In the three worlds, it is only association with good people that can serve as a boat to cross the sea of worldly existence.

Remember you have control and mastery only over the cause. Once the cause is laid, you do not have control over the effect. The cause produces the effect. Therefore, analyze and understand the cause of your suffering. Exercise your influence and control over the cause. Influence the cause and the effect is bound to change. That is the law.

“In the three worlds, it is only association with good people that can serve as a boat to cross the worldly existence”. When he advises association with only good people, it is not expressing a narrow view. He is not asking us to disassociate with all those people with flaws. He encourages association with good perceptions, service oriented actions, divine emotions and noble thoughts. You should associate with men of character and control, men with vision and purpose. Association with positive people, noble ideas,, feelings and emotions will encourage and cultivate nobility within you. They kindle positive tendencies within you. You will then develop a positive attitude towards life. A positive attitude gives a perception of life.
