Sri Lanka win third ODI and series Marlen Samuel s one man army could not prevent Sri Lanka from beating West Indies by 19 runs in a rain interrupted third ODI at Pallekele and making a clean sweep of the series winning it 3-0. Sent into bat by the hosts Samuel thrashed the Sri Lankan bowling to score a 95- ball 110 but there was no support from the rest as the Caribbeans finished at 206 for 9 in 36 overs. In reply Sri Lanka were 180 for 3 in 32.3 overs when rain stopped play and Sri Lanka were declared winners by 19 runs as per the DL law. Marlon Samuel was declared the man of the match and Kaushal Perera the man of the series.
